• We have invested in advance glove manufacturing machines on year 2007 to produce cost-effective gloves.


• We have "Manufacturing Resource Plan" to coordinate between marketing and production. Marketing and production must work together on a daily basis to adjust order sizes, delivery dates and quality to response the change of customers' demands, preferences and environments.


• We implement the "Total Productive Maintenance". For a process to continue to produce the required quality, machinery must be maintained in excellent condition. This can best be achieved through a program of preventive maintenance by daily inspections, lubrication, and cleanup.
